You can see here that I have hit the area relatively precisely, and I have just nicked the surrounding area of Ti, which I meant to do; this assures me that the screws are not only flush, but also a little short. Removing the little bit of Ti around the screws will not affect any issues of precision or visuals, as all of this is internal structuring of the knife.
