I've flipped the pattern over and laid out the rear liner on the sheet as well. At this point, I want plenty of material, so I just need a ballpark width. In order to scribe a centerline, where I will divide the two pieces, I needed to take into account the front shape of the liners, and cock the patterns up a bit to avoid overlapping the shapes.
